Kubota is "Geared to Give"

This past Veteran’s Day, Compact Power, along with those of you across the United States, honored our country’s veterans as well as those who lost their lives fighting for our freedom.
Kubota keeps this spirit alive throughout the year with their “Geared to Give” program. This program was launched eight months ago in partnership with the Farmer Veteran Coalition (FVC). It provides financial support and Kubota equipment to U.S. veterans, enabling them to pursue a career in agriculture.
Kubota is donating one Standard L-Series compact tractor per quarter to qualified fellowship member veterans selected by the FVC. This equipment is made in the U.S., with the versatility to meet the needs of small to medium sized farms.
FVC partners with veterans from all military branches to aid them in returning to or building careers in agriculture. With the mutual belief that food production offers purpose, opportunity and healing for veterans and our communities, FVC and Kubota’s partnership has already made an impact across the nation.
In the few months since its launch, “Geared to Give” has already helped a veteran with a farm specializing in pastured poultry and pork products in New Jersey as well as a you-pick blueberry farm in Iowa.
“Geared to Give” speaks to Kubota’s commitment to give back not only to those who have served our country, but to the local communities that make up our nation. FVC’s focus on agriculture and building careers for our veterans pairs seamlessly with this commitment – for earth, for life.
